Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize IBM Watson AIOps
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve IT incidents more proactively.
- Improve problem detection.
- Create and maintain machine learning models for predicting and preventing IT issues.
- Optimize AIOps Performance:
- Ensure AIOps systems perform optimally.
- Provide support during testing
- Customize Watson AIOps to meet specific organizational needs
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/JavaScript/Java/Shell for automation.
- High-level troubleshooting skills to resolve issues without relying on patches or R&D.
- Proficiency in IBM Netcool Suite, including NOI, DASH, OMNIbus, and IMPACT.
- Coordination experience with ARS/Remedy/ITSM Ticketing environments.
- IBM Watson AIOps certification or relevant AI and machine learning certifications.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Fluent in English
