Requirements:
- Advanced expertise in Radio Optimization for the latest SW/HW Release of Huawei & Ericsson 5G /4G Network
- In-depth knowledge of OEM-specific tools and products, including Huawei & Ericsson OSS NEs.
- Deep understanding of at least two RATs (5G & 4G) per OEM
- Strong expertise in KPI analysis, troubleshooting, and Performance Optimization, using Layer 3 logs and PCAP/Wireshark Trace Analysis.
- End-to-End correlation across Radio, Access, IP, Transport, and Core domains to improve Customer Experience, Service KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of parameters, features, and tuning to enhance network performance for Huawei or Ericsson network.
- Experience in end-to-end analysis of third-party drive tests and crowdsource data for optimization.
- Proficiency in 5G/4G network planning tools and RF planning concepts.
- Strong experience in spectrum refarming, 2G/3G sunset strategies, and post-optimization activities.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with customers, handle governance calls, & lead discussions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding technical teams.
- Proficiency in data visualization & reporting tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI, etc.)
- Good knowledge in Radio Network Consolidation, ORAN, Cloud RAN, vRAN, Enterprise Networks, Private
- 5G, Small Cells, DAS, FWA, Massive MIMO, Network Slicing, MEC and IoT Connectivity
Key Deliverables:
- Act as the team lead and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for respective domains and OEMs.
- Independently manage project deliverables, ensuring seamless execution.
- Interact with customers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical insights and solutions.
- Deliver impactful customer presentations showcasing network performance improvements.
- Develop and present use cases to solve customer pain points and enhance network performance.
- Perform traffic, capacity, and neighbor optimization to improve key network KPIs.
- Proactively optimize network performance to improve end-user experience.
- Continuously refine network strategy, ensuring multi-layer optimization and inter-technology parameter planning.
- Identify and recommend new feature rollouts to enhance network performance.
- Perform carrier aggregation analysis for multi-carrier networks, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct analysis and optimization related to Umlaut (P3) & regulatory drive test (DT) benchmarking
- Execute special event, mass event optimization strategies and mitigation plans.
- Identify automation opportunities in daily optimization deliveries to improve efficiency.
- Validate and optimize NPO tools (both in-house and third-party solutions).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CM, PM, FM, OMS) to resolve open action items.
- Manage customer interactions for SLA KPIs, regulatory compliance, and benchmarking reports.
- Participate in Stream Level Engagements, Technical discussions, PoCs, Capability Development
- Proactive in learning new concepts and emerging technologies
