  • Drive complex outage and restore the services in synchronization with the customer, partners and Technical Support Operations;

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the performance of the network while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction by providing services fully compliant with the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and minimizing impact on customer service;
  • Conduct trend analysis of customer networks in order to identify over-utilization of assets, ineffective traffic routing, inappropriate traffic priority, the root cause of repetitive incidents, single points of failure, and other configuration weaknesses that detract from the performance of customer networks;

  • Good understanding of the core network infrastructure (load-balancers, routers, switches, firewalls) and complex software integration.
  • Nokia IXR-e / Cisco IOS XR.
  • Routing Protocols IP/MPLS: ISIS/OSPF, BGP, LDP, RSVP/TE.
  • Services IP/MPLS Ethernet (EPIPE, VPLS, VPRN).
  • Certification IP Nokia SRC (NRS-2) is desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • CCNA certification is requested.
  • French language B1 is requested.

We are looking for a new colleague who have a passion for making things work and is willing to contribute with creative, out of the box solutions to problems arising in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will plan and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area and work independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Propose and verify radio site solution (2G/3G/4G Nokia SRAN) in order to SWAP the existing cabinets and upgrade the site according to customer’s demand;
  • Video assistance/pilot for field engineers during site surveys;
  • Proactively assist the customer and local project team with technical issues that may arise with their solution implementation;
  • Choose a technical solution according to the site layout and particularities;
  • Assistance for field staff during various implementation activities, planned works and related-troubleshooting;
  • Creating, updating and identifying solutions in order to successfully deliver all designated tasks;
  • Ensure accurate and timely site documentation verification as per technical instructions received from both customers and internal management;
  • Ensuring that the site documents are delivered within the contractual deadlines
  • Propose/develop/ verify/implement new work instructions and any change/evolution related to them
  • Propose improvements to processes
  • Transfer new tasks to GSD and inside GSD, between projects

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technologies
  • Previous experience in field telecom activity is a plus
  • Previous experience needed in RAN Nokia Flexi and/or MR10 products
  • Previous experience with multivendor RAN technology is a plus (Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE)
  • Ability to deliver necessary knowledge transfer within the team
  • Ability to work after clear work instructions and under clear timelines
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong MS Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Word)
  • Strong computer skills (SW installation, PC installation, desktop tools installation)
  • English Level: at least B2 level – is mandatory.
  • French Level: at least B1 level – is mandatory.
