Main responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of telecommunications systems and related equipment;
- Identification of technical faults by diagnostic tests;
- Performing routine tests on telecommunications systems to ensure that all services operate at optimal levels;
- Follow customer instructions on service quality and strictly comply with all hardware and software requirements;
- Research and resolution of customer complaints in a timely manner;
- Work independently, without office assistance, if applicable;
- Travel to the customer's premises or to the site's locations, as agreed with the managers and customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the RAN, MW, IP telecom field is mandatory;
- Technical studies represent an advantage;
- Experience in field projects ( 0-2 years ) is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Category B driving license is required;
- Comfortable with working at height.
- Availability of internal movements.
